Optical Retail Directors Association
The Optical Retail Directors Association [ ORDA ] is an independent entity created with the intention of assisting directors of optical retail businesses, regardless of their professional qualifications, in all matters relating to their employment.
The Association is recognised as a trade union by Specsavers Optical Group and so can represent and support any Specsavers directors, who are Association members, at any Investigation and/or Disciplinary Hearing.
There may be occasions when you would like to talk to an understanding colleague, in confidence. May be you need advice in the knowledge that the discussion will go no further.
ORDA can fulfil that confidential role.
If a problem, mistake, oversight, misunderstanding of the many details which constrain your directorial role, or some other error, causes you to receive that certain communication, you need an understanding friend to help.
